Questions people often ask

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. You can choose in-person sessions at our centre in Kampala or online sessions at a time that suits you.

Is what I share kept confidential?

Yes. Everything you share is kept confidential. Your therapist will explain the few legal and safety limits to confidentiality at your first session.

Can you see children and teenagers?

Yes. We work with children, adolescents and adults. For children, a parent or guardian makes the booking and joins the first session.

How do I book?

Use the Book a Session button on any page, call us, or send a message. We will confirm your appointment by phone or email.

What happens at my first session?

Your first session is mainly a conversation for us to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy and agree on the next steps. You do not have to share everything at once. Read more about your first session.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client and helps us manage our schedule effectively.
